As a photographer, I can tell you that you don't always automatically hold the copyright for the image. But to be fair, the majority of time you do.
And if you post in on the internet, myspace is the prime example, you allow the company to use that image as they so desire, hence losing your copyright.

However I see none of these rules, concerning copyright on the forum. So it's fair enough that LGS wants the pic removed, or whatever. However funny it is.
