Our good ol' friend the cockroach has been seen in a couple of episodes, most memorably when Sylar was captured by the OWI and he was laying on the ground and it was crawling past his face. Perhaps it means that like a cockroach, Sylar is (litteral or not) semi-indestructable.

And the blood was a trail. Did Sylar pull himself into the manhole? Or did someone rescue him (The Haitian, who was suspiciously absent all episode?)? These questions and more will be answered...
