uhmmmmm.....do not know yet what is for dinner....i do not cook (as mentioned before) very well or very often so it will be take out OR some restaurant with my b/f. I'm leaning toward Outback Steakhouse...YUM!

I had chicken fingers made by being dipped in tempura batter! Woo-hoo!!!

Had that with a bowl of sushi rice, so I guess it was kinda like chicken sashimi! ... kinda... LOL

Just played a little bit with the leftovers from the christmas dinner, and came up with a turkey, porcini, and shiitake ragout using some roma tomatoes and some cabernet sauvignon, served over a bed of sweet potato gnocchi. Nothing too fancy, but it was tasty.
