CiW would have given the picture as a clue to help solve a puzzle, not as a puzzle by itself. So you're clever, cassieresurrection, but not clever enough

Thanks 'mute. I can be a little slow on this stuff. I did a little photo shop on this image earlier, but since it hasn't been solved yet, I tried again. Sometimes these blurry images are more readable if they are reduced, so for what it's worth, here it is:

Maybe someone can make something out of this

In photo shop is there any way to sharpen the picture, i used to use it all the time for digital scrapping and I remember there being a way to sharpen it. Also, i am pretty confident that I deciphered most of it but the 2nd line, I cant make out the last two words....

The girls who used to tease poor C
are far from ______ _______
and yet the girl who once had fell
be lurking in the depths of hell

I am going to google it and see if the poem is from some book or something.....

I have Photoshop's latest and greatest. I've done everything I can with the various levels, brightness and contrast, and the specific sharpness filters. I got nuthin'...

Yes, believe it or not, this is sharpened. If I sharpen it any more, it just gets more unreadable

Second to last word on the second line looks like

"reading", or "sending" to me.
