I checked the book out on Amazon, and one of the reviewers mentioned that each passage was related to a particular ND book. Is there any significance/link there? Especially in the starred passage?

The consensus in the chat (for the record) is that for whatever reason Tach did not expect Brother to retrieve this drop. This drop seems to be meant for us, or for some portion of us (Team Tachyon?)

I, on the other hand, was really excited about Juvenal the poet being quoted by Tach...but I guess it takes all kinds.

We were playing around with the concept of the watchers in the chat and tried to make a list of all the people who could be called "watchers" and who they were watching. We defined watching as actively observing, not just being aware of what's going on. The result is almost certainly not relevant, but it's kind of fun to look at:

WHAT THEY'RE WATCHING:
Bree: Gemma

Daniel: Bree, Lucy, the Order

Gemma: Bree, the Order

Lucy: Bree, Daniel, Bree's parents

OpA: Bree, Daniel, Cassie, Tachyon, Brother, the Order, us

Tachyon: OpA, Brother, the Order, Daniel, us, windmills

Brother: Tachyon, OpA, the Order, Mom and Dad (?), us, the any key

The Order: Bree, Daniel, Lucy, Gemma?

OpIvy (what I'm calling the Bureau after this drop): Tachyon, Brother, OpA, us?

Here's how I see it, without analysing too much:

The postcard states "I am waiting for..."

So, waiting for whom?

The text file asks, "Who watches the watchers?" and the photos clearly point to Daniel.

"Watching the watchers" is a common expression about power, government, society order and rule, etc.

Remember Bree's concerns in the Motel Pool video: "Whenever I was at my house, there would always be police officers or judges... People high up in the community. I just feel like, maybe they're all a part of it, too."

So "the watchers" is the order. In those photos Daniel is watching them in the fake ceremony.

My conclusion: Tachyon is waiting for... Daniel.

Maybe this is obvious, but maybe instead of I WAITINGFOR...M, it's IM WAITINGFOR...

I could be missing something, since I just follow this casually

What I find weird is not whether its Im waitingfor.. or I waitingfor...M,
but it is the lack of a space between waiting and for. Why is there a space between I and waitingfor?

i think people are thinking it is:

i am waiting for...

because if you look at the postcard image the hex code for the letters line up in a way where you end up with

_I
wAiting for...
_M

where the I and the M line up with the a in the middle of them

at first i was thinking that the image on the other side of the postcard might be clue as to the rest of the sentence, but I don't know. Was it ever figured out if the other postcard images had any significance?

Looking at it that way can almost be,

I am waiting for...
