Yay!!!! There's a beautiful churchy place either on Highway 36 or Highway 7 on the way out of Estes. We can totally get married there. Except that Colorado is not acknowledging gay marriage. Maybe we should go to California, get hitched, and then meet Op and Tachy. Oh! Maybe we can invite them to the wedding! Do you think they'll set aside their differences for the party?romanceismusic wrote:YES! now thats one hell of a proposal. I say estes park....everyone is invited... Actually, Absynth. The (R) or (C) actually, is just a reminder to people that the image is copyrighted and who owns those copyrights. You see, copyright is automatically given to anyone who makes something. If I make a painting or write a song, the copyright on it is automatically mine because I created it. There is no such thing as having somthing copyrighted. Actually, in case of photography it's always the photographer who owns the copyright, not the person photographedAbsynth wrote:wow, Grey a bit teste there... i would like to know how this pic got on the internet. seems to me like it would be public domain, since you didnt put a little R next to the image. you have to think about copyright. you most likely didnt have the foresight to get said image copyrighted. as such, when you posted it to be veiwable by the public, you open yourself up to slanderous comments. you should not be offended. the internet is all about slandering people anonomously. if you thought you were gonna be ripped on you shouldnt have even put up the pic. its just common sense to know that a picture of ANYONE without their shirt on, posted in a public place, is gonna get ripped on. i dont care who you are, sexy or in your case, otherwise, if you post a pic on the net you are gonna get flamed. too bad you cant handle it and went off and cried to these lawyer friends, who i dont think exist, or they would have told you the same thing. it is not illegal to make fun of someone on the internet, unless the material has been copyrighted, there is no crime taking place here.
