indeed we are, do you have one?
Yep! I take it with me whenever I travel. It's a small plastic barrel-shaped container with a whole bunch of smaller objects in it, each of which were given to me by a friend or family member. It keeps me safe!

I dont use my tarot as much as I should. But I had a friend who was just way to spooky with hers. The worse part was more then one person saw her cards change colors depending on who the reading was for.

KRIG!!!
(((hugs!!)))
What's cooking in the lab?
Well, I was away cooking my yummy but therapeutic treat.. oops.. spilled a bit much vanilla extract in there, as usual!
Anyway, it helps, Tenshi. Warm the milk up first. Then put in the vanilla and then the honey. Stir. It tastes like what home made icecream would taste like if it were warm.

You know, I used to collect Tarot cards. I had a dozen sets. I would mix them all up in a bag and have friends draw one out, randomly. I see them as "mirrors" for what people are going through now (as in, they "project." I don't see them as tools to predict the future, 'cause we control our own destiny.

Tenshi, every night is a night like that for me. It's been going on since June of 05. Really. I slept two hours last night and did not feel tired today. I'm not "manic." I'm not diagnosed bipolar. It's just that somehow, my body is just whacked. I don't know why.

Agreed, the best they can do is give very vauge ideas of paths you could choose.
Although I do believe in many forms of psychic phenomina, predicting the future is a little to ... much. Now seeing the past.. and what is internaly going on.. Oh yes.
LOL If this conversation continues I'm going to end up on some wierd supernatural rant hehe.

Well, I'm still a little mopey from the events of the last few days, so I am going to bed. If Cloud, the resident PR guy

, is still around, he can explain why I'm in a not-so-great mood.
It was great to see you all! I'll be back soon!
*hugs all around*

That's my problem. The doctors have discovered there is a genetic brain chemistry abnormality in my family. I'm the, at least, 5th generation to have it.
Depression non bipolar, with very very rare bouts of mania, ADD, Insomnia and some form of learning disability. I was supposed to be on meds the rest of my life to control it. But I told the doc's no. I can fight it without the side effects of meds. I have been medication free for about 7 years now, I only have rare depression now. The ADD only hits when the Insomnia does but not often.
It takes alot out of me some times, but I refuse to use the medication. It changes my whole personality tooooo much.
