Helpful as usual.

Reminds me of English Lit class. Maybe the big red book is a dictionary?

Revelation is found in the Holy Bible. Then on the
first she gives us a video entitled, "
Revelation 1". The video shows a red hardcover book with gold lettering on the cover, but the quality is terrible so we cannot read the cover clearly. The nondescript pages are in two-column format which suggest "scripture". The pages in the video are shuffling and finally stop near the very end of the book. Exactly where the book of Revelation would be found in the Holy Bible. I've seen the hardcover Bible shown in the video, and it was also recognized by FunkyMonkey who went to Bible college.
I give up.

I couldn't find the image in my search, so it
must be another book.

I agree with you that the book is almost certainly scripture. Given cassieiswatching's tendency to use Christian scripture, I'll even give you that. I cannot, howeverr, reasonably get "Holy Bible" or any derivation thereof out of the garbled imagery from the video. It has been explained that this is probably due to the video distortion, but, given that you can make out individual lines within the book and, in some shots, almost make out individual letters, it seems to me that, either, the cover of the book is either not the traditional, large, gold and shiny "HOLY BIBLE", or the cover of the book has been purposefully obfuscated either through digital or physical manipulation.
Why?
Erhm. I think I'm going to have to eat my words here (text added by me):
The words HOLY BIBLE actually match up pretty well with the brightest spots on the cover. The highlighting isn't significant, so that would suggest that there's either some funky lighting going on or bits of the gold lettering have been worn away.
I apologize for perpetuating what seems to be a useless discussion regarding the nature of the book itself.[/img]

no, i think you're supposed to use that as a suggestion of how to approach the clues. How best to get info out of the clues.
Maybe a mod should post a sticky or someone commandeer a separate thread for a rather clean "summary" and help with the keeping clues straight, of where you guys even are.
Geez, 42 pages!

Maybe the book itself is not part of the clue? She obscured the title to say this isn't important. Most of the clues you guys have sussed out so far are from audio. That could also explain why the text in the book is illegible.
Awesome deduction! Thank you!

Twistofreality: good match, i said earlier the lighting set up would point to this, they obviously have a light set up to the right, looking at shadows and the way that the "Holy Bible" text reflects this.
Great find.

That is excellent! I concur with this conclusion.
Also, I know this probably won't help, but thw who what when where why how I looked in wikipedia and got this:
In journalism, the Five Ws, also known as the Five Ws (and one H) or simply the Six Ws, is a concept in news style, research, and in police investigations that most people consider to be fundamental. It is a formula for getting the "full" story on something. The maxim of the Five Ws (and one H) is that in order for a report to be considered complete it must answer a checklist of six questions, each of which comprises an interrogative word.
Nothing incredible, but, a resource.

Just wanted to clarify something from earlier, there are tons of different versions of the bible. King James, NIV, New King James just to name a few. Now in each of those there are tons of different companies that put out those versions. There are large print bibles, there are thin line bibles(Very thin). Some have New Testament only, and others like the Catholic include the time between the gospels. Some have study notes in them. It would be virtually impossible to match up pages from the one in the video to another.
If you can get me any type of clue out of the image, I have a ton of different bibles and concordances. But I need something to run on.
