Fajitas differ in quality a lot over here!! TGIs and Old Orleans are both ok, but can be a bit dry. We have a restuarant called Chilis nearby which does Mushroom Jack Fajitas, which is normal fajitas but with the chicken covered in Jack cheese and mushroom with this beautiful spice over them. Lovely lovely lovely.

Obviously then there's lot of proper Mexican restaurants too of varying standards, but for me, my local Chilis is perfection....

We have a Mexican restaurant here that makes a chicken nachos with lots of cheese that are divine...
