On the risk of going off topic, the execution (for me) really started to lag after THF got shut down. I thought (again, IMO) that the glyph hunt was WAY too long and by the time we were in the 50's range I was just collecting the pieces, not even bothering to put them together. Not to mention what seemed to me to be a huge plot hole of "I'm being hunted by Hanso, going underground, and releasing these glyphs in smalllll pieces 'cause I dont want anyone else to die because of me like Darla/Hugh/DeZylvaorwhateverhisname is. So please, post your pictures so everyone knows what you look like!" *snort* (I still did it though.madsweeney wrote:I can understand why people would be disappointed in the ending (a lot of us already suspected that Blake was Hanso's daughter), but the execution? I was really into the glyph hunt, or the piecing together of the videos to be more specific.Mirage wrote:TLE just recently finished up and I'm pretty bitter about the execution and ending.
Anyway, my point was that at its slowest, TLE had updates every 3-4 days, and fairly often we had 2-3 new things per day. I don't think The Creators of this ARG/online serial have the same kind of resources, but it might help to give us a bone to gnaw on in between major plot points/clues.

And sometimes we would wait for days for clues. Yes sometimes the updates could come at a rather dizzying speed. But you hit the nail on the head--The Creators of this ARG/online serial have the same kind of resources. If indeed this is a grass roots ARG (not even saying if it's related to LG15 or not), this person has...a life. I mean that in the least snarkiest way possible. They have a job and bills to pay. To assume that their job at this point is to cater to us and our needs of something to keep us occupied seems a bit..wrong. In TLE (I'm sure) they had groups of people to write and contribute who most likely were getting payed for their efforts (with lymon!

Disclaimer--I'm sick and on a lot of NyQuil right now. Any jumping from one point to another and then back again should be blamed on the medicine.
