To Mirage...so I don't get a huge quote tree...

Steak and Shake is sorta like an old school diner feel. Feel...it's not a theme place or anything, but it's not one of the tasty seasonal shacks. It may be a Midwestern thing.

Well, the series was written by an English authoress, so I'd venture to guess that the character is English.

Let's see... there's Jeremy Irons, Christopher Lee, Michael Caine, Ian Holm, Ian McKellen....

I'd have included Anthony Hopkins in that list but he's Welsh. ;)
