I don't think it's "you're coming down fast" at the end, but "she's coming down fast." I blame either Oasis or the site you copied that from.

In her last poem, the only name she used was "cassie" so I don't think we should ook for Bree or Daniel (or Lucy). Frank might be in there, but wouldn't focus on that.

for clarification, i think that each line refers ONLY to WHO, or she would have gone back and forth, anagram line, W, anagram line, W...

The second almsot seems to tie in with the whole idea that there is another drop at the swimming hole with the clip of frank is waiting/the lake is waitting. Except while I look at Cassie profile, it says Frank si waitting, meaning she is confirming frank is waitting.
