That the items were his own and that the videos are in his capability to make, yes.
But he's only saying that Cassie did it through him, and he's beginning to dislike the way she uses him, I believe.

Can we assume this refers to Bree?
How long before he is given the opportunity to resist the voice, and why has he decided to do it now?

I would assume it refers to Cassie. She is always saying "help me" to us, not "help Bree."
He probably decided to resist now because he realizes what she's had him doing, and he knows he has support in his quest to work this out in all of us. We're his buddies!

I guess we were all right when we thought that Cassie was using Frank to communicate with us.
He wants our help with him fighting the Cassie voice, and he has it.
I think once the drop is found, it will open a lot of doors for us.

The loss of her own life? I thought we were mostly in agreement that she had already lost that.
A loss of a friend, an object? The loss of Frank maybe, even?

"help me" may not mean that cassie needs helping, but for us to help her with what she is doing?
