Simara would be a good spy, she can watch you from your tv.

I can't explain why I'm so upset about it any more than I have in any way that makes any more sense than your explanation about why you're NOT upset makes to me. I'm not the only one upset, but I'm the most vocal. But I've decided to take a wait-and-see attitude towards it. Until they mention Cassie again, I suggest we just agree to disagree, because your thoughts on the matter are as foreign to me as mine are to you.
And, as an FYI, I was more upset with a certain person's personal attacks than I was with the whole Cassie thing. To that person: attack the argument, not the person.

Just continue to ignore the whole CiW thing and go on like it never happened. There was just no reason for them to mention Cassie in a way that parallels the CiW Cassie, unless they're planning on canonizing CiW's Cassie in some way.
I have as much right to my opinion that it was crap as you have to yours that it's not.
Where did I tell you that you had no right to your opinion?

Thanks for explaining that you don't have an answer to the question. That's really all I was looking for. I wasn't condemning you for having a different opinion. I just explained my position and then asked you to explain yours. I wanted to understand why you feel the way you do. If you can't explain it, that's fine.
Note: edited for lack of calmness.

Wow, this thread has been hijacked. CiW comments and arguments may be best placed in the CiW section, no? Not to be rude...but we are missing the point of THIS thread.
TRYING to get back on track...
Does anyone recall any time Bree mentions her father and her own interest? We know from the earliest videos that Bree was homeschooled, and that she loved science. However, do we know anything more than this from the earliest episodes?
The reason I am asking is that I am trying to figure out WHERE she and her father could have met. I don't think it was a library or park for some reason...I think it is more likely his office maybe?

I think you'll find that I use the petunias reference a lot.

It's a great reference

I love HG2G!

What's HG2G? I'm not sufficiently geeky, I guess.
arammat wrote:Don't you just say who you are when you leave a message for somebody, though? I mean, I do. If I call one of my kids and get their voicemail, I always say, "It's Mom," before I leave my message. It's automatic.
Not me. When I call my sweetie and leave a message (which is increasingly rare, since she never listens to any voicemails), I just start out, "Hey, babe."
Lurker wrote:I don't see it, guys. Everything's being hit with strong lighting, but especially from the right side of the screen (you can really see it on Bree's face, the chair, and the book case behind her). Also, when the lighting on Bree gets dimmer, the lighting on the bookshelf gets dimmer.
Also, look at those books on the area that Bree's seen sitting on at one point. When she's sitting in front of them, her shadow is obstructing the light from hitting them on the bottoms/tops (whichever), but when she's not, the light hits them straight on. I think she was really there.
Lurker, I don't doubt that she was really on a library set (unlike others, I never really considered the green-screen possibility, based on what we know about the creators' budget). My personal doubt was that she was on the same set that's used for Jonas's vids. But based on what people have posted, it looks like my doubts were groundless.

I don't think it's that off-track considering it's been like forever since Breee's mentioned Cassie, it's natural that the conversation moved in this direction.

Never. I think CiW jumped the boat...after all that calmed down...the Creators decided to really put an end to her by saying she used to make prank calls with Bree--which is really them poking fun at CiW and saying that none of it really mattered.
