Wait.. idea...
boil/steam the brocolli, dip in egg whites, run the pieces through a mixture of salt, pepper, and flour, quickly fry them so the flour turns golden, then dip away in cheese sauce or Ranch dressing

Heather, I've made "faux mashed potatoes" with cauliflower a LOT! Do you put a lot of heavy cream in yours?
nope.. I use to use that cheese in a jar and the cauliflower only

That actually sounds like it'd work.. and between the egg whites and a little flour, I don't think that would be too high calorie... I think that's what I'll do! Thanks Heather!
and morning Marbella! Hehe, once we get hold of the site Modelmotion used for the map, we're gonna all sign in and see what would be an ideal convention spot!!! (I'm excited, can you tell?!~)

I also add a little sour cream and I put cheese in mine, too. I do that with mashed potatoes, also.
I also do this thing with baked carrots and parsnips that tastes exactly like carrot cake. The difference is that not only is it more healthy, but it is more moist. People gobble it up.

Question: Very important!!
I am FINALLY doing the "Catch Up" to include Jonas' video.
I want to know your initial reactions. Think back to the first feeling or thought you had and let me know, OK? I'm going to be reading back to the original comments in this video topic, but if you could summarize it very briefly and quickly, I can post it more easily.
Thanks,
M

Well I couldn't get my focus off of his horrible fluffy hair lol
But my true reaction to the video was that he was understandably frustrated with Bree's decision and didn't agree with it, but I was wondering if the whole thing was just an act to try to throw the order off...
