All it says is:

Ben lives on the Island and at some unknown point assumed a leadership role with the Others. Ben's role seems to be related to his being the sole person who visits and communicates with Jacob. Some among the Others also believe that Ben was born on the Island which is not true.

Ben also didnt enjoy jcaob talking to other people. kinda like when the oldest loses their attention when the second child comes along.

If were on about whos lived the longest there id say its that richard guy (mr ageless) Hes obviously taken multiple trips to and from the island in the past whos to say how long hyes been around?

I have a feeling richard is also got a high ranking of command considering he was given the orders to take the rest of them to the temple. But ben still seams to outrank him even though he found ben when he tried to run into the woods.

Just chiming in to add-

*Danielle's face after she elbowed Ben (when he was tied to the tree) was CLASSIC. It made me giggle times a thousand.
I watched it online and had to keep rewinding that part.

I don't think it was Locke, because I don't think he would allow himself to be rescued. He would run and hide or something!

It could be just about anybody - Sawyer, Ben, Alpert. I suppose it could even be Jacob. All I really know... for sure... is that January is way too far away

Yeah probably not Locke, but it got me thinking.

The only thing that makes me think it was Locke is the fact that he did not want to be rescued because he sorta knew how his life would be afterwards. ANd the fact that nobody attended the funeral kinda leads me to believe they were all still pissed at him for trying to stop the rescue.

Or maybe it was Ben? He commited suicide cuz he couldnt bare to be off the island. But then again, he probably wouldnt let himself be rescued either. Unless Jack forced him to be, just to make him more miserable.

I defintely dobt it was jack the funeral place was in and african american/gehtoy part of town i dobt lock would be liveing in that area. But its another thing to think about it its like before the hatch was opened anything or anyone could be in there

You know what my thought was before I came in this thread? It won't matter if I read this. I don't watch it anymore anyway. Glad I don't now. Don't think I could stand to watch him die. *goes off to YouTube to look for video of it anyway*
