yeah, Monty Python was big before I was born...but I still had it as "required viewing" from my dad.

Agreed. For a couple of years I was obsessed with that show. I still have a lot of the episodes on VHS at my moms house. Wouldn't mind getting them on DVD though.

but matlock was big when i was born so i dont think a 2 year old likes watching some old guys solving crimes

Oh please at 2 years old you watch whatever your mom watches and pray that you like it.
