kenny! stop with the whippedness!

i guess i dunno if your gf likes to have you around her finger or what...

but personally, i need my man to have the balls to tell me when i am being a total bitch. and tell me when he isn't gonna do what i want him to do.

i dunno, i just like my man to stand up to me.

Well, here is my view on a relationship:

There is a balance between your boyfriend being whipped and having a big set of stones. Of course he has to be able to say that you are being a bitch, but he also needs to know when to just say "I am sorry, you are right honey." Be honest now, both of you; when you get in an argument with your boyfriend would you rather he continues to argue, or if he says, "I am sorry, you are right."

In my experience, the latter usually works best. Why? Because it stops the argument, which allows the two of you to progress past the yelling and screaming. I just find it easier if I commit to always being the one to back-down.

Don't mistake my willingness to back-down from a fight with her as a lack of balls. I am not a violent person, in fact, I detest throwing punches. But one time, when a friend insulted my girlfriend, I punched him straight in the nose.

when my bf tells me I am right, when clearly he doesn't think so, and is just saying that, I get mad.

to me, it is just condescending. i would rather he continue to argue with me than to lie about him thinking i am right.

that's just me though.

I don't know. Depends on if I'm right or not. :D

If I'm not right you gotta have the guts to stand up to me. And fights don't have to end with a decision. Just saying "we need to step back before we continue" is always an option. I'm stubborn, and anyone who makes me admit when I'm wrong (which of course never happens *shifty eyes*) wins a lot of respect from me. Especially if they're calm in the face of emotional girl freakouts I can do
