i think jonas does like bree. (to a degree) but i think Bree did it. the heart looks to much like a girls heart. plus i have had many a girl draw harts on windows of my car when they fog up (when its cold and driving) that doesnt mean they love me its just something fun to draw i guess

Well I used to draw the Smashing Pumpkins heart on every-frigging-thing I owned back in high school. Maybe Jackson is celebrating their new album, and just didn't finish drawing it before they started filming that scene.

Perhaps his girlfriend was on set, standing on the other side of the window before they started filming. He was just flirting with her.
