Hey there. ^_^ I missed you too!

I just got back from my trip...looks like I'll be closing on a 3 bedroom house at the end of the month..and moving around March/April into NC ^_^

BA! I missed you too! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!! Buying your first house is so special, and you'll remember it forever! Maybe you're closing price won't be so high, so you'll have lots of money to Decorate it!

We sold out first house close to two months ago and I almost cried to death. I was so upset. But my husband promised me that as soon as I found one in Florida that I wanted, he'd buy it, no questions asked. So we put the money we got when they closed, into the bank. So wish me happy huntin', yo.

But you will def get spoiled livin in your own 3 bedroom house! I can't wait to see pictures!! Good luck!
