Thanks gogo for starting and continuing this thread. I think many share your frustrations, but few have articulated them as well as you have.

More than anything, I appreciate the thoughtful and gentle tone in the way you have chosen to express these frustrations. It's too easy on a message board to flame away, without effectively expressing the underlying (and often complex) reasons for these frustrations. Such may be the limitations of a message board post, but I think you have overcome these limitations with grace and style.

Shining through all of your comments, it is evident that you care(d) deeply for the characters and the story that they are playing out. Obviously, this is a testament to the creative team's ability to (at least at one point in time) have engaged you to this extent. I think the squandering of this relationship between creator and phan is the saddest of the issues. This relationship has nothing to do with phorums, response vids, chatrooms, or anything to do with the oft hyped interactivity. It's just plain storytelling... Fiction 101, as it were. I obviously mourn this loss myself, and I sense that you do also.

Now, about those Thelemic (but not necessarily Galien) Zombies...

Thank you, CuriousGeorge, for understanding my intentions with this thread. I am a fan, and I support the series (and those behind it). As you have stated in your post, CG, this is about concern and perhaps letting the creators of this series know that the magic they created early on can be replicated. It is about having high expectations for their creation. They began with a great idea that some people dismissed. However, they continued with this idea and created a story that drew in devoted viewers.

Although the "Hollywood Game" must be difficult, they still have the opportunity to continue forward, gain financial security and truly be artists in this new media. (I do want to state a disclaimer that it is not my business to assume what people's goals are in life/with their series or to say that those involved in this series owe me anything at all.)

I do support this series, and I must say if this were my series, I would have banned anyone who provided any constructive criticism in the Concerns and Complaints section. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't have a Concerns and Complaints section at all. I am petty like that. I can dish it out when I want to, but I definitely can't take it. For this alone, I feel the need to give extra credit to the creators of lonelygirl15.

Edited to add: I like aliens, and I support aliens of all faiths, creeds and sexual orientations. I am less tolerant (and even judgmental) of zombies, but this is something that I a working on as a human being. I want to be a good person.

I heard a voice over in a commercial the other day - sounded just like her. It stopped me, and I started crying.

you know what gives me a loving feeling? spencer has posted his first video, and here it is 36 hours later, and there's no thread yet saying "i hate spencer". he seems interesting so far, btw.

Ok, not really. He actually does seem ok so far. I don't think Gogo is coming back you guys..those space dudes can be pretty sweet and persuasive sometimes. I don't think Klaatu wants to share her. I wouldn't come back if I were her. He's pretty hot.

Is she a Scientologist or something? We talked a lot and she never mentioned anything about Zenu the Intergalactic Overlord or anything like that.
