I've wanted to try opening up a Bubble Tea Cafe where I live, but I'm afraid that people won't really like it very much there. I think I'd get more positive response, where I am now. (on vacation, in Chicago)
Bubble Tea may seem quite odd to some people; a lot of them might ask, "What's with the balls in it?" The drinks, themselves (without the tapioca pearls) are pretty good, even if you don't like tea. But I'd most likely lose money on my investment if everyone that came into the shop would prefer to have their bubble tea without the bubbles...
In any case, I love the stuff, myself. I get a bunch of it delivered to me every month or so...
