Changed about 10min ago:
After reviewing Tachyon's latest communication, we believe that she will make her move this Friday afternoon. Friends of her "family" will be looking to retrieve her (or possibly what she stole from us).
It is of critical importance that we are prepared to decode Friday's communication, before they even have the chance.
Remember: Tachyon sought to betray our trust. She will not escape the reward of her action.

What is the message that Tachyon wishes to have "passed along?"
We must ANALYZE the items recovered to PROTECT our interests. It is of critical importance that we HINDER the attempts of Tachyon and her "family" to destroy our organization.

Good news, everyone! We just decoded Tachyon's second transmission and it was of no interest whatsoever. It turns out that she wished for her "brother" to tell the rest of her "family" that she misses them and sends hugs!
Isn't that sweet?
You can turn in for the evening now. Sorry that was SO uneventful. Shame on Tachyon for getting us all excited. But, as they say, the "Sun'll come out tomorrow!"

I know that whole "Some things are secret for a reason" thing is always on her profile. But this time, after the emails and such last night, I think its directed at us. I think she may be telling us that there was a reason she didn't want that decoded and put out in the open.
But as I've said before, I really don't see any other way it could have went down. Tell someone to do whatever they want BUT do not look into the magic box, what's the first thing they are going to do?

BTW, I think Op is making it super-obvious that there's something she doesnt want us to see, kind of like the dude ("brother") that called for the test and slipped up a bunch of times, she's just drawing attention to things we wouldn't consider. I think it's most definitely on purpose.

For reals. How can we as players share and work things out without them being seen? If we can't claim an area as out of game then everything is always going to be available to the other side and not as any fault of ours.
