So maybe this is the "show" that Zipp was talking about?

Perhaps. So the question is, what does Mr. Zipp know about what happened at that show? Or knew, as the case may be...

Perhaps with this new information (the XO show, Johnny, etc.) we should go back and look at old puzzles to see if we missed anything that might have led us to this CD release party. A little reverse engineering...it may help us know what to look for in future puzzles.

Based on my last comment...

Perhaps a reference to the girls who were drugged at the show? Do we know how many girls there were? And there has been discussion that their blood was taken...do we actually know that? Is there any reason to believe that they weren't injected with something? We know it wasn't drugs or disease...but maybe something else undetectable? Like a substance that might "Mute" a certain trait?

true, but as implied by the verious locations of the drops, Zipp was on the run, which means he may have escaped them.

Clara - will you look into any suspicious deaths occuring around the same time of Maddison's and Adam's for us? Finding this may help clarify things in some way.

With how close together these two events were, I don't see how the killer couldn't have killed Maddy and Adam one night and then drugged the girls the next. Perhaps both things were tasks assigned to him.

Let's just be sure to keep all of this in the back of our minds.

Maybe we need to help Clara track down some of those blood-sample girls ... any leads on articles related to that story?
