yeah mirage....for me its more of a habit, and not a physical addiction.

and yes, i was 14 too so a 7 year habit is kinda hard to break

I know someone who smoked for probably well over 30 years, and he quit by rubbing his ear everytime he wanted one.

Everything you do is better with a cigarette. Eating, drinking....smexing....GAH I need to stop thinking about it.

I bet his almost did because he was such an avid smoker. We were all pretty shocked when we heard that he had quit, but all really proud of him and stuff.

I believe I heard somewhere that the mental addiction is harder to break than the physical one, that the actual niccotine part only lasts a couple of days.

Whatever, man, this is freaking rough. I've done it before but I cave in EASILY.
