Not yet...but I'm glad I'm going back to the gym...because I can't stop snacking...
I recommend lots of sugar-free lollipops or something similar. One friend who quit used to chew on straws...apparently it helped! Another friend ate candy and ended up going back to smoking because he gained 20 pounds! :shock:

I didn't gain any weight when I quit... I've gained much since, but not from quitting smoking... It's kinda funny... I stopped walking everywhere about the same time as I quit smoking, so I was probably in better shape when I did smoke than after I quit :lol:
