Ms. Divine: Autumn, the eye is a sacred symbol. Sometimes that which is sacred appears a bit scary, because of the power it conveys.
I still would like more comments about what you see in the picture and what you know about Horus.

Jason, you definitely did your homework and it will be reflected in your grade. Horus was the main God. His father was Osirus. At some point, he actually merged with Osirus. All other gods are simply other manifestations of Horus. Therefore, he is extremely important to our culture, which is based upon Egyptian spirituality.
Madison, what do you think of the snake? It's great that you saw that detail.
Cloud, this is an actual recent drawing based upon the ancient one, preserving all old colors and details.

Jason, Ra is a manifestation of Horus. Horus is the God of all the sky and Heavens. Ra is a mask Horus wears as the sun god, as we were discussing earlier.
Jenna, I'm glad you could make it back to class. We're discussing what you saw in the picture of Horus, and what we know about Horus. Do you have anything to share?
Cloud, you are definitely right that the Eye of Horus is a symbol of great power. Who knows what powers it has?
