i gently kiss my computer on it's forehead and tell it everything will be alright.... that doesn't help much.

then i punch it and curse at it.... that doesn't help much either.

then i call tech support and some genius in india comes to my rescue. that's what i did last night... and after about an hour.... tada! my wireless is working!
