heather, he was in a movie where he was beat to death, the scene was cut out but you can see it in the deleted scenes

Same for me.
I cannot watch horror because it ruins the next week for me. I "though loop" on disturbing scenes. In other words, if something scares me, I can't get it out of my mind. It keeps re-playing constantly.

marbella, i have a friend of mine that does exactly the same thing, last saturday i went to the movies with some friends, and when i do a sound from the movie (that always appeared in the scary scenes) she completely freaks out

Jo, yes it is common. It is especially common with Asperger's Syndrome.
I saw an episode of Electric Chicken or something, which is supposed to be a comedy, and a little girl tortured Pegasus.
It wasn't funny. It disturbed me and I thought looped for days. It sounds so stupid, but it made me mad. In a comedy?
Another thing is trailers at movies-- Why show horror trailers that are so scary before a comedy or drama? I have to look down and try not to listen.

eheh, then i have an advice for you, DONT watch "the grudge 2" or you'll get freaked for the rest of your life

yeah i know, but because of the reactions of some friends of mine... i dont get scared by horror movies though...but i like to watch them anyway
