I entered fish, wine, and Finney into google and got a link to Hagafen Cellars in Napa, CA. I'm not sure how likely this is though.

Edit: Cause I can't close tags properly.

"Check one." So I did, I went and watched "What Happened Today Part 1" again. And lo and behold, at 1:31 she says "is that thing on?" I know, it's one word off, but still, we might want to check that for any clues. It's when they're in the car and Adam tells her to take a right, then comes the music segment with shots of the speedometer, right turn light indicator, rearview mirror, CDs, spice sachet, incense box, and street scenes on their way to the clothing store. I couldn't see anything much there though.

Wait a second. Didn't Zipp refer to Maddison as his microphone?

I couldn't resist messaging her:
I think we just turned you on Maddy!

...wait, that didn't come out right. :p
Of course I explained the whole thing. Wouldn't want her to block me as a perv

Come unarmed.
but come where. we dont want her to get hurt
they want her...or whom ever to go where the poem is telling us to go. and to go unarmed.
soo...
I've been researching Finney's Diner. And I came up with Finney's Sandwhich and Soda Shop in Tupelo, MS .
Thats is all I've come up with that is remotely similar.

ETA: there is also the David Finney Inn in New Castle DE

If maddy drives a jeep i am completely sold on dropping her off unarmed.

I found two likely places with fish in thier name in Nacogdoches.

Fish Gallery The
7011 North
Nacogdoches, TX 75961
Edited:A pet supply store.
Not so likely now.

and

Mommuz Fish Mkt.
2710 Fm 2259
Nacogdoches, TX 75961
This is a resturant and well a fish market.

Skunk could you rescan the page at a higher resolution and greater contrast. It is very washed out. Im not sure how anyone made out the guitar lines let alone the text behind the chef. Also what kind of material is the crossed out note on it looks like plastic.

Wondered if the message 'Is this thing on check one' could be to do with the music event maddy was at the other night? Could there be a clue there in the vid>?

OR............

If the clues take us to another restaurant could 'Is this thing on check one' be a clue to look at a waiters' pad? When I was a waitress we would call orders 'checks'??

Maybe thinking a bit too far out of the box.

I like your theory about the music festival, actually. Hmmm...
