Something that works really well for me is to drink ridiculous amounts of orange juice! Besides the fact that I love it, vitamin c is supposed to help your immune system? I'm guessing you know more about this than me because your all premeddy (lol) and stuff. But even if it doesn't help and I'm wrong, it's like a sugar pill effect for me. It makes me feel better.

I didn't think about the OJ burning your throat. That might be a problem, lol. Usually I drink it when I feel like I'm getting sick.
