Telling Jonas his parents are alive, and then having another Order member imply that they are dead, is just a way to "psychologically torturing" Jonas. It is meant to break him down mentally, spiritually, and, possibly, physically.
Remember, Gemma said in one video that it "wasn't Bree's choice" and then turned around in the same video and said "it's your choice".
Lucy has always told Bree it's her choice, but yet they kidnap Daniel to try to force her to do the ceremony.
The Order has always been full of contradictions...and let's face it; they aren't the known for being truth-tellers.
Sure, but killing each other is like....a major contradiction, isn't it?
edit: Or maybe not....

Not sure what you mean by this. Jonas' parents were anti-order as far as we know.

I think he is leading back to where we have already been. The fact that an order individual was shot by a watcher. There is alot of glue binding the watchers and order together in this series, and there are more than enough equally valid reasons that do not tear apart what has been established. I really can't think they would throw a monkey wrench in it now.

1) How are we sure that a watcher was the one that shot the man. It was possibly a Deacon. All we saw was a black shoe.
2) We arent sure that the person that interrogated BD&J was actually a man, or a woman, because they used a voice disguise.
3) Is it possible that the interrogator was Bree's mother? She seems to be high up in the order and she would seem like a good candidate to interrogate Bree, seeing as she knows a lot about her that others may not.
4) The man that was shot was chasing Bree. Its not known that he was a watcher, or possibly another person within the Order.

Daniel states that a watcher shot the crazy guy.
2) We arent sure that the person that interrogated BD&J was actually a man, or a woman, because they used a voice disguise.
We are assuming the man with the camera is the same man through out. Since the man with the camera gets shot, and daniel says the crazy guy gets shot. Then the man with the camera is the crazy man. Who I am assuming is male since he is a man.

The guys a man.

True, but Daniel does say the crazy guy was shot by a watcher.

I assumed that the guy who chased them was the same who interrogated them. We never saw anyone else.
Also, in the Bree Chat, Bree described the guy as huge. And male.

True, but daniel refers to the guy as "the crazy guy", but we dont know if he was saying that the interrogator and the guy that got shot were the same person. We dont know if they saw the interrogators face, since Bree and Daniel both asked who they were. Recall, when Bree asked, the interrogator said "You'll find out later" (ok, paraphrased on my lazy behalf... hehe) but when Daniel asked they said "Thats... not important" with a pause. This could mean that they had to think for a second, which leads to another discussion I wont get into.
Also, there were obviously more people than the crazy guy there, seeing as there was a "watcher" to shoot him. We have no confirmation that there were multiple people, but since Daniel was drugged he referes to them all as "The crazy guy".
Also, it seemed as though the interrogator were not in the same room as them. It seemed as if it were one of those "through the mirror/window with a microphone" sort of thing.
