I think Bree shot Daniel, since it would make more sense; if you read the video's transcript, it said:

Bree: (Pulls out gun. In creepy voice says) I told you it's time to go home.

...and the Order did tell him to go home in "Psycological Torture".

But then again, I'm thinking it's just a joke vid. =)

It's not hard to Photoshop this type of stuff. Plus, it's stated that the video is grainy, which means that the picture doesn't have to be perfectly clear - when it's that quality, you see what you want to see, not necessarily what is there.

Or, I could be way too paranoid and they actually took a picture of Bree like that to trick us into thinking it came from the video.
