I can't remember what thread it was but it was discussed alot about Jonas having a mark on his chest. You can see it in his first video "My Name Is Jonas."

I really think one day the Creators are going to surprise us all and bring everything together from all the way at the beginning of the show.

Also, this doesn't necessarily mean OpAphid was canon all along. Oppy may have adopted the symbol from the Creators' "scar"

Is there a link somewhere for me to listen to this show with Jess?? I'm really interested in hearing it.

there's no way that it's a watcher symbol. it probably tells the order that she will do the ceremony.

I don't see why it couldn't be a Watcher symbol. It looks like it and we know it's a symbol that they've used a lot.

ok i know she discussed it in a in character discussion but why did bree never mention it in her viedos... especially since gemma made such a fuss over it in the video? just wondering???

She did mention it, she said it was a birthmark.....

actually, there is a screenshot of what looks to be a watcher symbol through the torn knees of Jonas' jeans. If this is a correct analysis (and it looked correct to me at the time I saw it), Jonas' watcher mark is around his knee area.

Give me some time, and I'll remember where I saw this screenshot.

ETA: Nevermind, I found the screenshot, and it doesn't look like a watcher symbol; also, it was in that crazy conspiracy theory "alien" thread.

LOL. That was one of Taig's funniest theories so far.

I always thought the birthmark was just a birthmark. Especially when this video first came out, it was before the Creators were using Revver, and with the resolution of youtube, we couldn't make anything out of it. There was some examination of it after the revver version appeared, but nobody reached any conclusions. Then, AFTER gemma noticed it in the supermarket video, some more discussion occurred. But still, i think lots of people felt it was just a coincidence that the swimming birthmark looked similar to the watcher symbol, i.e., it was something we WANTED to see.

But now, after this radio interview with Jess, I really think that they planted that symbol on her back. If its really a watcher symbol, that's a big plot hole for Bree to never have mentioned after Gemma brought up the watcher symbol, right? Or maybe Bree doesn't want to mention it.

I think she did say on the forum that she doesn't like talking about it. With that in mind and considering that it's not really in a spot where she'd be likely to look at it too often, she may not have remembered exactly what it looked like. I don't think it would be a problem for narrative consistency, really.

Whoa cool I never heard of this theory before! Cool. It could be some way that the Order marks the children intended for the ceremony. I forgot what video its in, but somebody mentioned that they identify girls early on to be brought up to do the ceremony or something. Could be a marker that she's one of them

The reason i think bree never brought it up is because I think she thinks it's just a birth mark. Having never gotten a good look at it. I have a scar on my lower back too. It's been mentioned by my boyfriends, but I never have really looked at it. hmmm..

I'm pretty sure it's not a watcher symbol but unless i take a good look....

Ok, there was some discussion a while back about the cross necklace that Jonas wears (in the Jonas character thread, I believe). Someone said they had messaged him on myspace, and that he was evasive about the cross. Since we haven't seen this scar anymore, is it possible he uses the cross to hide it? Seems weird to say, because the cross would move around, but why have we not seen this thing on his chest since this vid?
