The description reads:
"Transmission OTS - 0135 - 09 Subjects location confirmed. Apprehended. Commencing Phase II. "
What does 0135 - 09 stand for? An invoice number for the transmission?
And is Phase II just the second phase of the plan (that we don't know about)?

I would imagine they would still be alive or it would be subjects eliminated.

0135 immediately make me think of video # 0135.... which would be "yellow snow"
i don't see an obvious connection, but i just wanted to point that out.

if OTS = 137...and she put 0135..maybe this is a code that has something to do with the videos? maybe videos 137 - 139 - 09

I think this is the big thing. Most of what we know about the "bad" guys is about OpAphid not the Order. The fact the watchers won't hurt Bree and that they won't force Bree to do the ceremony if I'm not mistaken is all Op's views. But this person is a part of the Order which is a distinction we don't know much about yet, maybe the two are the same but they could also be very different.

Well heres the thing:
While, yes, OpAphid is a woman (dare I say a sexy one at that)
OpAphid (as in Operation Aphid) is a group of people inside the Order, or a militant group inside the order (a better way to put it).
The video's that come from that specific account, as from both, the person and the group. A little inconsitency glitch that occured when they became canon.

It says Apprehended meaning it is in the past. Commencing Phase II is in the near future.
Using that I am assuming this was Phase I.

Yes, that's what I took it as too.
The capturing of the trio was Phase I, Phase II being interrogation or something along those lines, I suppose.
