Daniel made the fake ID or put it together probably. He likes 80s movies if I recall.
The question is though, now that Op knows Daniel and Bree are located just outside of Ukiah, what's the next move?

This could be important (assuming nothing on the ID is coincidental).
Address for bowling alley 1401 N State St matches 1401 Lucille Av on ID.

I think its coincidence, people don't create matching location numbers for where they are going to frequent... its just kind of a weird idea.
I think we are all overanalyzing since we are thirsty for a puzzle.

Illinois Driver's License Number: P142-5955-1770
Gender: female
Date of Birth: June 15, 1951
The first name could most likely be "Mary" and a rough running over the soundex code for the last name like the following
"Peoples, Peebles, Peeples, Pavlik, Pavelka, Poplawski, Pavlick, Pavlak, Pavlicek, Pavelich, Pavelko, Pavloski, Pavlica, Poplaski, Pavlock, Pavlich, Pavlas, Popiolek, Pipilas, Pavlosky, Pebbles, Pavelec, Popelka, Pavlikowski, Pabelick"
Middle initial P or Q.
Mary P. Peoples? *giggles* Sounds kinda funny.
Thats just a rough estimate of the driver's license info

Lovely job on the drop recovery. Lad, as always, you are priceless in this ARG. i hope op gives you a raise soon. Panda, thanks for the nice update

It really helps those of us (like me) who were "occupied".
I guess now we wait, and see what we are supposed to do with this information. im really suprised there wasn't MORE to it though.
What... no post card or book?

They need to start writing morse code or something on $100 notes and leaving them at drops

It should
just cover the cost of gas

I think op owes lad quite a bit of money (in addition to some others like luv and noa) but lad has definately gone above and beyond. Kudos to him.
Not to mention the ticket he got for running a toll booth LOL.
Lad <3
