This is great! Thanks for all the feedback guys! Like Kelly said, its pretty much just me and her right now... so anyone wanting to jump on board, let us know.... different venues is a great idea since we are all spread out... If we could get a few "group leaders" (?) in different areas organizing in their area that would be great.

After the events we could have a forum to post pics and videos from each of the venues.. so everyone can see what went on. :)

this is awesome guys.... Im excited.

This is such a fun idea. :D

Thanks for opening up a discussion to collect ideas, CB and Smiley. Even if I weren't able to attend, I'd still want a t-shirt! We should totally personalize each shirt with the forum member's handle.

Gah, what a thrilled geek I am. :)

Excuse me? What does this mean?

I guess maybe we are expected to engage in lots of sexual acts (per the Orders request  ) and here daughter has never seen any of that.

Whatever...I think that what she meant to say is that her daughter has never been exposed to actual, real homosexuals and that this could be used as a way to expose her to other lifestyles without influencing her opinion of it. :smt102

That she knows of. Gay people are everywhere. It's just that most of us don't fit the stereotype, so non-gay people don't recognize us.

You're very kind, Ziola.

I wish people weren't so ignorant as to think and talk about the "homosexual lifestyle." My "lifestyle" consists of getting up, eating breakfast, going to work, coming home to my sweetie, eating dinner, watching a little TV or reading a book, and going to bed.

I've been having a Wild and Crazy Weekend because it's my birthday. So . . . Saturday my sweetie and I went to help a friend move to a new house. The friend fed us dinner, then we came home and watched TV and went to bed. Yesterday I got up, worked on my new motor scooter, and then went to a motorcycle show at our local convention center. Came home, took a shower, put on nice clothes, and went out to dinner with a group of friends to celebrate. Two straight couples, four lesbian couples, one single lesbian, and a total of four teenage children. Most of us didn't even drink any alcohol. We were home and in bed by 11:15 pm.

And today I got up late, had breakfast, read the comics from yesterday's paper, and got on line to check the forum.

That, my friends, is what The Homosexual Lifestyle looks like, at least in my life -- and in the lives of every single one of my gay or lesbian friends.

You don't need to go to L.A. to see that. You can come here and I'll charge you a reasonable rate to watch me go through my daily life.

You wild and crazy lesbian you!!! You are the reason so many people are against homosexuality!!! How dare you post about your so-called lifestyle here?!? You know that you post was just a cover and that you run around having indiscriminate sex with lots of women, all the while doing illegal drugs and influencing young women to join you in your life of ill-repute!!

(hehehe...I need to get a life  Cuz you know someone is gonna take this seriously and start flaming me)

I could go to LA, but I honestly don't want to shell out the money to go somewhere I hate so much...plus I'd sooner die than go camping. Just thought I'd spread a little sunshine.
