I might hesitate too if someone I didn't really know was running from a crazy order in a black sedan. I'm just saying I am not so brave, especially if the person I am chasing isn't family or someone close to me. I can't blame Jonas for going into self preservation mode and hesitating.

It isn't really an obscure reference. At least I didn't think it was. It is kind of a big chunk of modern US hisrtory. But like I said...I'm old.

I agree. The Wikipedia article outlines how relevant the Zapruder film has been in mainstream American culture since the assassination of Kennedy. There was a documentary about it and whatnot... Not necessarily any kind of mysterious reference.

As for its fakeness, there's mention of how the film lines up with at least three other films that were taken concurrently, seeming to indicate that "they are either all authentic, or all inauthentic." And we could be here on the grassy knoll for the next several decades debating conspiracy theories relating to this one...

On a tangent away from the Zapruder film...

I really don't think I have the patience for Bree, Jonas and Daniel to resolve all of their emotional trauma by having some space to quietly contemplate the meaning of it all.

I'm pretty much ready for Tachyon, Brother, OpAphid or some other character to shove them into action. But for their sake, right? It will galvanize them and make them into tough, hardcore warriors?

I really need to finish writing essays for real life deadlines, and yet I feel I'm on the verge of obsessively combing through every damn video for some hint of a missed clue or puzzle to be solved.

wouldnt it be cool if Daniel did a huge speak like Kevin costners incredible summing up speach in JFK looking back on all the evidence (mostly abou the shooting of bree's dad) and alot of the other things to finally expose the truth

complete with being interspersed with clips and other items of evidence which would then end on the line, now we know what the have to do then the video ends, followed by a long gap then the big confrontation video team beast against the order

Why did Jonas hesitate?
well for one as already said he doenst love bree like Daniel does
but he doesnt have the same experience of the order that Daniel has, remember ever since the ceremony daniel as been persued by the order in some way shape or form (the photos on lucys computor, the watchers, the lies of Gemma, and then finally if there was someone in the warehouse) clearly when Daniel saw the order turn up something in him snapped he had had enough and wasnt going to let them take away the girl he loves, jonas dosent have that history so he couldnt do it.

to reserect my biblical theory, daniel wasnt afraid to walk in to the lions den

one more thing perhaps it wasnt the order that shot bree's dad, it could have been Tachyon and her crew i mean we assume that blonde hair must be lucy, just occured to me in based on what jonas said and that would explain why they didnt go for Bree and instead shot Mr Bree be cause of his position in the order (and maybe to stop an attempt by the order to take bree for real)
although i admit i a proably very very wrong

Just because Bree's dad's body was loaded into the trunk still doesn't mean hes dead.

i agree to, i used to think Bree and Daniel had a brillient onscreen chemestry but its suddenly be over shadowed by what an incredible double act Danile and Jonas make, but that doesnt mean i dont want to see more of Daniel and Bree because they just have to get together sometime (i hope)

When he says that the deacon and lucy didn't even seem to care about them leaving, it seems like the don't even WANT Bree anymore. Or maybe they just have a secret plan to get her back to them?

not necessarily lucy as i said we just assume blonde = lucy
and it it could de a deacon on the outside like Dr Immant and are from the anti Ops faction

i'm probaly wrong but just keeping lots of options open
