You know one thing that a lot of girls have is a brush. I dont ever carry one with me... I like never brush my hair..lol

I never brush my hair during the day, either. It just makes it frizzy and staticy. Staticy? Is that a word. OH. and I didn't see my tic tacs. I have tic tacs, too.

I quit smoking a year ago. It was a good thing, too. I was in the hospital a few months ago, and they'd said that if I were still smoking, I might not have pulled through the surgery I was going through.

Cold turkey only works if you have an oz. of willpower...which I don't, lol. Patch is my last ditch effort before prescriptions.

think of it this way, I've done it once but when my wife and son go out of town, I become a weak weak man....
but before I was able to "slow" it down to basically 3 a day... then after that 1 a day... then 1 a week and so forth... eventually you start thinking... why do I even waste my money

I tried cutting down, doesn't work for me. Cold turkey doesn't work for me, either. Hopefully the patch will help.
