Been there, done that!
At the ISP, we didn't have cubicles. We had a big, shared, workspace with a bunch of desks. One of my techs probably wasn't cut out for customer service type of work. If a call started going badly, he would take off his glasses. At that point, all the other techs would hide, because they knew that if the glasses were off, they were probably going to be thrown across the room soon

... Funniest thing is, the customer *never* knew he was frustrated, because he kept his tone on the phone very professional
