I'd say that you should follow the idea of being understanding, and try to make a point that you're there to listen. Don't say anything big like ZOMG, WE LIVE IN SAME TOWN, THAT ROXXORZ!
Probably mention that you've been up in that east forks (gah, already forgot what it was called) area because you are very close to it, and went there just a few weeks ago yourself. If it's truly connected, they know you went up there because of your video, and know that you'd be one to contact.

Perhaps hiking or fishing? Those are more pedestrian activities and require less commitment. I'm sure Frank would be up for either of those. I suppose you could mention camping, but that sounds a little creepy

I don't know, sounds like a more cautious icebreaker would be in order. Especially if you're supposed to be in character as someone who just read that this guy blacks out and has weaponry handy.

Ok Nilla..We need to establish some commonalities between you and Frank. One is that you guys live in the same town.

Just kidding..that's actually something we want to try and avoid in your post to him Nilla. It needs to be apparent your interest in him is not relationship/knockin da boots oriented. I suggest find something from his hobbies that you guys share in common. Maybe Hiking/camping.. Mention that you and your boyfriend like to go trail hopping and swim and/or fish in some of the local holes. Pay attention to his blogs and try and relate it to him.
If you've ever struggled with personal demons or helped someone to do it..maybe give him a little of that...you have to acknowledge in some way the wierdness/struggles he has written about without making him feel like a freak. Let me know if ya need more suggestions.

I just wanted to comment to let you know that I love the east fork area, especially Sheep Mountain. If you've never been there, you should totally go. I went a couple of weeks ago, and besides the diapers, it was just beautiful. Something about nature that allows us to get back to ourselves as a whole.

I just wanted to let you know that I think you're a pretty decent guy who is just trying to make sense of all of this, I think I'd be doing the exact same thing in your situation. Nilla..I meant to include in there about trail hopping to use that as a talking point..if he's found any good holes..ones you have found and like...Hmmm I am not sure if mentioning the drop hole..even casually(I went swimming at bla bla hole).

If your'e worried about his sanity and your safety, just ask one of the guys from this message board to follow you two around (without being noticed, of course). Maybe if you go on a "date" with him he'll give you all sorts of clues.

In fact, you should go on a date with him and ask Cassie to talk to you, I'll bet his eyes will go white and he'll go into convulsions as she takes over control of his body, how COOL! Take a Camcorder with you!

PS - whatever you do, DO NOT go with him in his car up to the Swimming Hole, because Bree said in her video that he chops people up into little pieces there and eats them.
