i inverted the image colours, the guy is holding a red book.. and that is definitely a birth...

All the pictures are inverted I think.

Did you notice the middle two pictures and the one on the top right have a similar shape - I wonder what would happen if they were merged (with some transperancy). Anybody good at Photoshop. The priests scroll looks like it needs something on it.

put it in paint and invert the colours! it helps a lot. I'd post a link to the inverted one but i dont really know how to do that...
