That may not have been a waste of time in case we need to do this all over again. Ya never know!

EXACTLY! thats why i stated that i figured it out.... because if i need to do it, i can. as far as i could see the pic is 3 layers. in both images. in the origional..i can pick out the bible as raster layer 1.... the poem as raster layer 2.... and the jumble of nonsense "brush" as brushed raster layer 3. but on the second pic... I could only detect 2 layers. raster layer 1... the jumble of nonsense "brush layer" and raster layer 2... the poem. i dont know if i somehow screwed up and got it wrong (which is VERY possible) or if the bible layer was removed. then my psp crashed. lol.

OFF TOPIC -

Evan - I noticed that someone deleted your new thread to try to solve the recent clue which was already solved. You mentioned frustration at trying to get up to date on what you had missed.

My suggestion is to read Raven's stick at the top of this board called "cassie's clues". This has a concise overview of everything that happens, and will prevent you from having to go through all the recent threads to get up to date.

if you look at the thread that we figured out the poem from the picture in... there is a pic posted in there and in light blue you can see "holy bible" underneath the poem.

No wonder your psp crashed considering my brain did after reading your post...lol. I'm not hip to the techno jargon, but I'm sure it was informative, and certainly sounds cool! LOL

Her latest is obviously another anagram...

Dear bye => BE READY
strife bit the sign => ...

Probably not:

IT BEFITS THE GRINS
BEGIN THE FIRST SIT
BITING FISH STREET
THIRTEEN BIG FISTS

With some prepositions, that's almost poetic:

It befits the grins
to begin the first sit,
biting Fish Street
with thirteen big fists.

I like it! I'll take the set!

You're right! It reminds me of Wallace Stevens.

maybe 'biting street fish' is a gang name

thugged out goldfish, i can picture it now. they hide their 'swords of hate' in their gills.
