Revver does count as commercial use. Your best bet at this stage is to find music in the public domain.

this is a cool idea! it seems like it would be really fun for the fans to "play" in the game this way.
also, it is differnet then before when people were making video responses, because they know its a game, so no ones feelings will be hurt.
