Pink Flyod - Another Brick in the wall.
I got to see a laser light show with that entire album playing (the lights were timed with the music). In one of those theaters that forms a dome over the audience (so you feel like you are there). That was kick awesome. They also did a thing wit NIN music, that I was able to attend.

Let me ask a really unfair question: Which Floyd album would you say was the best?
Ha, I used to listen to those (except Harmony, which I've never heard anything by; I heard of the band while at the Christian high school I attented, but never actually heard any of their songs).Aithne wrote:I spent my teen years on Tupac, Snoop Dogg, and Bone Thuggs and Harmony.
Yeah, Jeromy's good stuff. I think my second fave though is probably "Even Flow."Aithne wrote:Daughter is a great one. I can never decide between Daughter and Jeremy

Hmm. Well, as mentioned, I love Audioslave and Bush. Those are two of my very favorites. Collective Soul's another, as is U2.Aithne wrote:Alright, your turn tell me about your music.
Some favorite songs are "Shine," "Glycerine," "Iris" (Goo Goo Dolls), "Sick of Myself" (Matthew Sweet) and "Savin' Me" (Nickelback).
I really like lots of stuff. Rock music, definitely, but also plenty of country, and from different time periods.
I like some new age stuff as well, like Enya.
XD Yeah, I'd have been pretty young to have loved them when they first came out.Aithne wrote:Lurker wrote:What's another random song you love?
ETA: It occurs to me that "when they first came out" would be a bad choice of words. XD "When they first got big" would be the right ones.

Apparently people were going to the shows tripping - you think?Lurker wrote:Lucky!

Looks like I got our quote tags all screwed up. Sorry about that.
I would have never guessed.Aithne wrote:They don't do the Laser Light shows anymore due to the war on druggs. Apparently people were going to the shows tripping - you think?
Ohhh. Okay, different thing altogether. XDAithne wrote:I used the entire name for Bone Thuggs, but I think they dropped the last part at some point. I can't remember now.

D: Wow, that's so freakin' nice.Aithne wrote:My first concert was supposed to be Bush, but I allowed a friend to have my ticket when she fond out that her brother was coming in that weekend to stay with her.
D: Like really.
(Unless you were to give them a Guns N' Roses ticket, which is basically a good way to tell someone you don't like them. XD Sending them to a show that probably won't get halfway finished, if it ever starts.)
About what time did you get to start listening to all the devil music you wanted?
I would be, if I didn't occasionally kick myself for itLurker wrote:D: Wow, that's so freakin' nice.Aithne wrote:My first concert was supposed to be Bush, but I allowed a friend to have my ticket when she fond out that her brother was coming in that weekend to stay with her.
