Colby Jack (my favorite):

Image

Colby-Jack, or Cojack, is an orange and white marbled cheese produced from a mixture of Colby and Monterey Jack. The cheese has a semi-hard texture. The flavor of Colby-Jack ranges from mild and mellow, to lightly sweet, and to sharp and tangy.

Brie:

Brie is a soft cows' milk cheese named after Brie, the French province in which it originated (roughly corresponding to the modern département of Seine-et-Marne).

Ohhhh I get it!!! It's not soft cow's milk. It's soft, cow's milk cheese.

So it's soft, and made of cow's milk (though what kind of cheese ISN'T made of cow's milk? Seriously).

Trust me, it's REALLY nasty. I've had goats milk and goat cheese soooo many times before, and it always makes me sick. And one time my dad ordered food at this restaurant, and he forced me to eat some because he thought it tasted like it had expired, and I ate it and I was like "noooo it's still good. EXCEPT IT'S MADE FROM GOATS!!!!"

yep. and then I threw up.
