Yeah, I worked Tech Support for Movie Gallery for a little while.

One time I asked the guy, "Are all three lights on your DSL box lit up?"
The guy said, "I don't know where's the box." NOW THAT was funny!

Too funny... I bet I could top that. With a decade in support (first as a bench tech at a local retail shop, then managing the support dept at a local ISP)... Maybe we should start a thread for our support war stories
