Yes, except we are not concerned about Jonas putting emotional attachment to breathing. We're concerned that he has put enough emotional attachment to sex that he is now upset about it. You're not funny.

Responses to the entire thread. BAM.

Charles Phoenix- It doesn't matter how old the actress playing the character is. Just because she isn't that young doesn't mean she can't look young. I remember when I first saw her thinking how much older Bree looked than Sarah.

The statutory rape thing- doesn't matter -at all- because Bree's dad is dead and her mom is a member of the cult that killed him so there's really no one around to press charges.

The sex is okay for women thing- Yes. It is. But Sarah isn't a woman choosing to have sex for fun. She's a damaged girl off on a childish mission to kill the idea of love in her mind because for some reason her dad leaving is equivalent in emotional aftermath to sexual abuse/rape. It's not sexy or liberated it's disturbing and annoying.

Which leads to the WB thing- Dawson's Creek shouldn't be insulted by being compared to this. ;) I want to see where the story will go but dear god these characters are bad. The Dawson's Creek characters had way more depth to them and behaved much more rationally.

The US- Is not a bunch of countries because federalism is great. It allows a stronger military and easier trade than states could have on their own and between each other if they were different countries. Unfortunately the constitutional framework of a limited federal government has been completely ignored for the past 75 years or so.

I split off all the political bickering and sent it to Off the Cuff. Knock yourselves out.
