Well, I think that we've hit a standstill. We need to contact Kelly and see if she's willing to take a trip out and see if she can find these damn keys. Until the keys are found, I don't see the story progressing. Here's a picture of Hollis Street and a park in the shape of a star (I think Naxan found it once before). They have to be around here somewhere.

it's hard to come up with new codes when you are busy torturing people, hiding paperwork, murdering young girls, and enjoying a ride on the hog.
