making cookies from scratch is actually pretty easy. Trust me, cooking is not my forte at all, but for whatever reason, I can bake like a pro.

Its frightening actually...

Baking is my loooooooooove. I'd love to do it for a living. I love to cook and in some areas I'm excellent, but I'd like to go to school for it. Cookies are easy, though. Start off with toll house chocolate chip, easiest around.

I'm getting better at making actual meals, but its hard since I work nights. Hubby's used to be a chief, so it works out that he gets dinner duty. If I was married to my brother in law, my kids would have starved to death years ago
